The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Prince Edward Island is responsible for licencing all practising medical doctors on PEI.  However, the Province of PEI is responsible for all recruitment to fill vacany positions. If you are a physician looking for work on PEI, you can get information on hiring at the Government of PEI's website.

If requested and with consent the College will issue a certificate of standing on any medical doctors who has been licnesed in PEI. If you have a question related to your certificate or your status with the College, please contact us.
